Welcome to Z I D I. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. The store is operated by Jeng Design Limited ("Z I D I", "we", "us"), based in Hong Kong.

Products & pricing

Product descriptions, imagery, and prices are shown as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly by screen. We may correct errors, update prices, or refuse or cancel an order if necessary (for example suspected fraud or stock issues). Pre-order and made-to-order pieces are crafted after purchase and may take longer to dispatch as stated on the product page.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we confirm or dispatch the order. Shipping, returns, and related rules are set out in our Shipping and Refund policies.

Intellectual property

All designs, imagery, text, and trademarks on this site belong to Z I D I / Jeng Design Limited or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Z I D I is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or purchase of products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.
