Z I D I pieces are produced in limited quantities. Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.

After dispatch

In line with our existing shop practice: no refund or exchange once an order has been dispatched.

Before dispatch

If you need to change or cancel an order that has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate where production has not begun, especially for made-to-order and pre-order pieces.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a fair remedy at our discretion.
